Right to Cancel (30 Days)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory minimum of 14 days to cancel your order. As a goodwill gesture, we extend this to 30 days from receipt of your order for you to let us know you wish to cancel, without having to give any reason.
How to Return an Item
- Let us know via our Contact page (or using the cancellation form below).
- We’ll send you the return address and instructions on what to do next.
- Send the item(s) back to us; once received, we’ll process your refund.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. Items that show visible signs of use, dirt or damage may be subject to a deduction.
Refund
We’ll issue your refund within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned item(s) (or proof that you’ve sent them back), using the same payment method you used for your order.
Return Postage
Return postage is at the customer’s expense, except where the item is faulty or the return is due to our error (in which case we cover the cost). This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where goods are not as described, of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to certain products, in particular those that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
