How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order within 48 to 72 hours, then standard delivery takes about 5 working days, with a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Is delivery free?
Yes — delivery is free on orders over £50. Below that, standard delivery is £4.90. A bar in your basket shows how much is left to unlock it.
What is the returns policy?
You have 30 days to change your mind. If a squishy isn't right for you, get in touch and we'll sort the return — the item must be in its original condition.
How do I clean my squishy?
A slightly damp cloth with a little mild soap, then air dry. Avoid very hot water and hairdryers, which damage the foam.
Is a squishy a good gift?
