squishy« Squish Frenzy » game — a reward mini-game from the Squishy Dumpling shop.
Article 1 — Organiser
The « Squish Frenzy » game is organised by JR ECOM AE, a sole trader (micro-business), 3 avenue d’Urville, 57530 Courcelles-Chaussy, France, SIRET 843 776 691 00035, publisher of the squishy-dumpling.co.uk shop (hereinafter « we »).
Article 2 — Free game, no purchase necessary
Taking part in the game is entirely free and no purchase is necessary. Simply launch the mini-game on the site, then enter a valid email address to receive your reward.
Article 3 — Who can take part
The game is open to any adult resident in the United Kingdom with a valid email address. Only one rewarded entry per person (same email address) and per device.
Article 4 — How to play
You tap the mascot as many times as possible within the time allowed. At the end of the game, your score determines your reward. You then enter your email address to receive your code.
Article 5 — The rewards
Each participant receives a discount code valid on the shop, the nature of which depends on the best score threshold reached:
- a −10% code;
- a −15% code;
- or free delivery.
Codes are personal, valid for one use only, cannot be combined with other current offers or codes, and can be used for a limited period specified when they are issued. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold or refunded in cash.
Article 6 — Receiving your code
Your code appears immediately on screen at the end of the game and is also sent to you by email. You enter it in your basket at checkout to redeem it.
Article 7 — Personal data
The email address collected is used to send you your code and our news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email. Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy; you have a right of access, rectification and erasure.
Article 8 — Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of network failure, malfunction of a participant’s equipment, or any cause beyond our control affecting the running of the game. We reserve the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the game at any time, without our liability being engaged as a result.
Article 9 — Fraud
Any attempt at fraud (multiple entries, automation, score manipulation) will result in the cancellation of the entry and of any code obtained.
Article 10 — Acceptance and applicable law
