squishyThe Dump Club is Squishy Dumpling’s free loyalty programme, run by JR ECOM AE (see our Legal Notice). These rules explain how it works: joining, earning, tiers and rewards. By joining the Dump Club, you accept these rules.
1. Who can take part
The Dump Club is open to anyone with a customer account on squishy-dumpling.co.uk. Membership is free and does not require you to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you must have the agreement of your parent or legal guardian. Only one Dump Club account per person.
2. Joining
You become a member as soon as you create your customer account (or by clicking “Join the club”). When you join, you’re credited with 500 welcome Dump Coins, as a one-off.
3. Dump Coins
Dump Coins are the loyalty unit of the programme. They are used solely to move you up through the club’s tiers.
- They have no monetary value: they cannot be converted into money, sold, or transferred to another person or another account.
- Your total Dump Coins earned (a “lifetime” total) determines your tier. This total does not decrease, except in the case of an order cancellation or refund (section 6) or misuse (section 9).
- Dump Coins do not expire as long as your account and the programme remain active.
4. How to earn Dump Coins
- Welcome: +500 when you join (one-off).
- Your purchases: +10 Dump Coins for every £1 spent (on the value of products, excluding delivery costs), credited once your order is confirmed and paid.
- A product review: +300 for each review you publish that is approved.
- Newsletter: +200 when you sign up (one-off).
- Referrals: +1,000 (see section 7).
- Your birthday: +500 each year, if you’ve added your date of birth (day and month) in your member area.
This scale is provided for information and may change (section 10).
5. Tiers and their rewards
Depending on your total Dump Coins, you unlock one of 6 tiers. Once reached, a tier is yours to keep.
- LV1 Welcome (0): 10% off your first order.
- LV2 Fan (1,500): free delivery.
- LV3 Collector (4,000): a free mini surprise.
- LV4 Regular (6,000): early access to new arrivals.
- LV5 Legend (8,500): access to exclusive rare editions.
- LV6 Hall of Fame (11,000): a premium gift every year.
Some rewards are applied automatically (welcome discount, free delivery). Others (mini surprise, early access, rare editions, premium gift) are given to you when your orders are prepared or via dedicated offers. Thresholds and rewards may change (section 10).
6. Cancellation and refunds
If an order that generated Dump Coins is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding Dump Coins are removed from your total. If this takes your total back below a threshold, your tier will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Referrals
As a member, you have your own personal referral link, available in your “My Dump Club” area.
- The person you refer must be a new customer, who doesn’t already have an account, and must create their account via your link.
- The person you refer gets the 10% welcome discount on their first order.
- You receive +1,000 Dump Coins once the person you referred has placed and paid for their first order.
- Self-referral (referring yourself, or via a second account) is not allowed and does not entitle you to any reward.
8. Welcome discount (10%)
The 10% welcome discount is applied automatically, as a one-off, to your first order after joining the club. If you place an order without yet having an account, your account is created with that order and the discount will then apply to your next order.
9. Fraud and misuse
Any fraudulent or abusive use of the programme (creating multiple accounts, self-referral, fake reviews, manipulating rewards, etc.) may result, without notice, in the removal of the relevant Dump Coins, suspension, or exclusion from the programme.
10. Changes to and end of the programme
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme (earning scale, thresholds, rewards) or to end it. If we make a significant change or bring the programme to an end, members will be informed, for example on the website or by email. The rules that apply are those in force at the time you use the programme.
11. Personal data
For the birthday reward, we only record your day and month of birth (never the year). How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and contact
