How do I place an order?
Add your squishies to the basket, then follow the steps through to secure checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email right after.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Drop us a line as soon as possible via the Contact page: as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help.

What is a « slow-rise » squishy?
It’s a premium foam anti-stress toy that, once squeezed, slowly returns to shape — the hypnotic, satisfying effect that makes our dumplings so charming.
Is the material odour-free and safe?
Yes: we’ve chosen a soft, odour-free premium material made for everyday anti-stress use. Compliance information and the recommended age are shown on each product page.
How do I look after my squishy?
A soft, slightly damp cloth is all it takes. Avoid soaking it in water and keep it away from heat.

Which payment methods do you accept?
